Pastor Ron, I am writing requesting prayer for my cousin, Tim. Tim is about 57, has been medicated for schizophrenia and now has lung cancer. The doctors have not told him anything more then that he has lung cancer and have started Chemo. Currently he is in a rehab place waiting for his next Chemo treatments. Good morning Pastor Ron, It was especially nice for me today to wake up to your once again magnificent Friday Study, as today's scripture and study really spoke to me. I especially liked your explanation below of the Lord's ways of speaking directly to us: "It's really startling and wonderful when God personally speaks to you through His written word, directly to your heart, through circumstances, in a vivid dream or some combination of those events, and then the information He imparted to you begins to happen, just as He said. As He had revealed it to you, it comes to pass. There is a joy produced by that kind of touch from God upon your life that brings more honest delight than anything this world can offer." I do appreciate your study lessons. I like studying the Bible and I will save your lessons and do them, as I can, when I have a spare moment. I am helping with a Senior care program, sitting with seniors to give the caregiver of these patients some time to themselves, six hours a week. Not much, but it is some help. Also, I am a volunteer as a teacher's aid to help children that are of poverty level. Our church has adopted this school to help provide supplies, teacher's aids, to stand in as mothers for the motherless children and many other things for the year. But I will find some spare time some how. Thanks again. Winnie

Dear Pastor Ron, I was surfing the net and came across a Sermon you wrote in 2005. It is called "Adoption" and it is wonderful. I have felt called to provide a safe place for adoptees, birth parents who relinquished children and adoptive parents to share their adoption experiences, emotions, questions and their joys and challenges. I am working on bringing to life a publication called "Adoptee's Anchor" - a Christian outeach newsletter sharing Christian testimonies of persons who are adopted. In my work with adult adoptees I have found so many adoptees who have struggled with feelings of rejection (by their birth parents) even when they have not known any information about their beginnings or adoption story - but they deduce that if they were adopted - someone did not want them- they were rejected. I was wondering if I may have your permission to reprint your Sermon/article with editing for a possible future edition. Blessings to you as you continue to serve your church and your family! Jody

Ron, I just read your pray for your enemy sermon and I found that it helped me a lot and I passed it onto others. I did have a question though. When I am angry I feel weaker and I feel this weight on my chest. I pray for this to go away but it normally doesn't work. How can I overcome anger? Thanks, Renee

Hello Pastor Ron, I underwent a hyperbaric brain treatment for 40 sessions each one hour for my traumatic brain injury that occurred meanwhile serving in the middle east w the U.S Army. I was suffering from a lot of trauma and that treatment saved my life, I feel way better, think better and I perform better. Also, I changed a lot about my lifestyle, eating habits, exercise etc and from the help of God I overcame lots of my obstacles. Today I look at life very differently and for that I am grateful on a daily basis. Thanks or checking up on me and guiding me via our phone conversation. You can call me any one of these names according to your convenience. I live in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. The name of our village is Epuru Gudem near a town by name Hanuman junction which is between two cities by name Eluru and Vijaya Wada in West Godavari and Krishna Districts. Our plan is to plant churches in rural areas and establish an orphan home, which will contain 100 orphan children. The village we live in is very backing ward. I would appreciate it if you would keep me in your prayers. Specifically, for
emotional and relational healing in my family (Parents, brother and sister).
There has been significant trauma and abuse over the years causing a a great
deal of resentment, pain and division. Further, in my profession as a law
enforcement officer, I encounter human evil and see the influences of the enemy
on a daily basis. Attitudes of cynicism, bitterness and anger tend to develop.
Please pray for protection from the enemy and for me to stay strong and deal

backslidden - have been tormented for 6 years - heavily - seeing deliverance

very recently purchased a car. It is very much in need of repairs. Please pray
that my car will be repaired in the next 24 hours, and that I will be able to
afford the cost of the repairs. I am in the process of being hired by a School
district as a substitute teacher. I must have transportation to get to the
various schools. Thank you very much for your prayers. I am so much looking
forward to getting back on my feet. I had to come away from the classroom
because of medical reasons. I am now ready to go back to work. Your continued

I am so thrilled to tell you all that we finally have the insurance we need
for Chad to be treated at City of Hope. Chad's employer has gone above and
beyond working to help us out. Our 5 month insurance battle is over! This coming
Monday is another appointment with the surgeon as well as Tuesday with the
urologist. Please continue to pray for Chad's pain. It has been pretty rough
lately even with constant pain medication. Also pray for our family as we now
begin the many days of surgery, recovery, and chemo treatments. Thank you so
much for your encouragement, support, finances, and prayers! You continue to

Dear Sir, I am from Pakistan. I have studied your web site, and I found it
the most wonderful site to get right to the True Word of God. My suggestion for
you is to create your material in my language of Urdu and Punjabi also. It will
bring lots of blessings of the Word of God for the Pakistani and Indian Urdu and
Punjabi speaking people. For that purpose I as a translator will bring your
material into Urdu languages and into Punjabi language as well. Although it will
take your low expenses as well, as fund for the Word of God to reach out to the
deserving people. I my self work on a local radio station also. Many times it
becomes difficult for us to keep doing this because of being minorities and
because of the lack of the financial resources. I will wait for your response.

Dear Pastor Ron, Your sermon inspired me and gave me hope. I always love how
the Lord confirms His Word through others and your message was a confirmation to
me. I can relate to a lot of the same things that you have been through, the
waiting, the studying, the sense of failure of self and the Word from God saying
"wait". It is my story also. The Scripture reference of Isaiah 60.... "Arise,
shine..... " It gives me hope that God is still listening, I have not
failed. Mine is but to wait, be faithful in all that He has given me to do....
and He will give the increase. God Bless you in your ministry and thank

On Monday I had an appointment with my pulmonary Doctor to check how my lungs
are doing. On my way there my pulmonary system started to shut down and I was
ambulance to the hospital. I was placed on 100% oxygen and laid in bed until
today. I was then paroled and have to start over again. My next Primary Doctor
is on the 25th. I'm very weak and going to take the three new medications the
Dr, gave me. Please pray. I shall keep you posted. Thanks. Johnny

Just wanted to ask you to continue in prayer for Chad and our family. Our
prayer is that he will be approved to be treated and that he will get in
quickly. It is getting much harder for Chad as the days go by. He is managing
his pain with vicodin. It has been hard for our family and we just ask you to
continue to pray. We would really like to be able to get through this surgery
and be on the road to treatment and recovery this month. Thank you so much for

This prayer request is from my daughter regarding her son, Brandon. His
step-father kicked him out of their home right before Christmas. (he was raised
with the belief that once you turn 18, you are out of the house) The car I
bought Brandon 2 years ago has a cracked block. We are all devastated because,
as you know, my husband has made dishonarable decisions that affected me and my
credit negatively and now I cannot help this boy. Brandon has always been a good
student, never caused his mom a moment of trouble, and is a wonderful Christian
young man. His step-father is an alcoholic and my daughter has suffered
miserably... So I am forwarding this prayer request to be put out to all the
prayer warriors. Right now I have loaned Brandon my car and I am without
transportation, which is o.k., I can deal with it. I have no credit to help him
and am also losing my property to foreclosure. Thanks for your prayers for this
precious grandson. Diane
